“ Love love love this place! Every time I'm in the area, Pomme Frites is a must for me. What's not to love about French fries?? Even better is they make it fresh to order (piping hot!) and have a wide variety of sauces to choose from. This time, the sauces I got were the curry ketchup special, mango chutney and the sambal. Of these, I loved the curry ketchup. The flavor was more ketchup than curry but the mix of flavors made it special and I kept going back for that one. The mango chutney was a little heavy on the mayo for me ( I don't particularly love mayo). Third place was the sambal. I didn't think it went well with the fries. Overall- definitely one of my favorite snack places to frequent! I also love trying new sauces each time and figuring out what I love with my fries. ”

The potato to crisp ratio? Chef's kiss*** Packable fries so if you're looking to get a burger in the area I might just grab these then a burger. Plenty plenty of sauces and the owner was extremely kind. Offered if we wanted to try anything and got to try 6 sauces with some fries! If I could buy 10 sauces at a time, I would. There's definitely a sauce for everyone and would recommend trying the ones you haven't heard before. It's a small little tavern like interior, but enough for a tiny group to hangout with some fries and a beer. Would recommend 10/10! ”

I always come here after checking out the music at the Bitter End! Check out the holes in the tables--they are for putting your cone of fries down. The smallest size is a generous portion. ”

“ Cute interior a bit small but fits the vibe of the place. Fries were super crunchy and thick. Inside was soft so i really liked the overall texture of the fries. You're able to see the salt on the fries as well so it was pretty well seasoned; not too salty. The frite sauce, however, i didnt like as much. While it was fine, i felt that this sauce was taking away from the saltiness of the fries. This made the fries taste a bit bland. Overall, i would go back because the fries were super good but i would try a different sauce. ”

“ the best place to go after the bar!!!!! this is an absolute must have drunk food. in fact, you should plan your entire evening around pomme frites to ensure that your night ends here. otherwise I don't see the purpose of going out to begin with. the fries oh my god they are so good. nice thick cuts served SO HOT. and the sauces are to die for. so delicious. also I got the poutine - wow the gravy and cheese are phenomenal. this place was the highlight of my evening. you MUST TRY THIS PLACE! ”

“ Love this fries shop! Food: the fries are delicious and big and very filling! We got the large fries to share with three sauces! My favorite sauce is the mango chutney! The Irish curry was good and so was the jalepeno cheddar! You can also get ketchup and mustard at no additional cost! “ You want the most amazing snack and/or drunk food ever? This is it! Pommes Frites! Trust me. We've been fans for years... in fact, I'm astonished that I haven't reviewed it yet... and it still remains just as spectacular as ever. Why are they so great? Because they've developed a specialty and perfected it. They serve frites (Belgian Fries) and that's it. Well, that's almost it... their sauces are all ridiculously good and, as you'll find, it's nearly impossible to find only one to get - they all sound amazing and they have A LOT. And you have to love the decor: rustic yet utilitarian. Example: the holes in the table to hold your cone of frites is genius. Please, do yourself a favor and go check this place out after a night of drinking. Check it out for an afternoon snack. Hell, it doesn't matter, just GO and check them out. You will not be disappointed at this spot, which is in my Top 10 in NYC list for sure. ”

“ Really good quality fries and highly recommend stopping by after a comedy show! Service is pretty fast too but the fries still taste fresh. First off, I love the selection of all types of dips and flavor combinations. I tried some of my friend's dips and they were all pretty good, the garlic mayo being a standout. The poutine was also delicious! ”
